Thanks, please do. My mechanic said he could drill new holes in the door frame, and bring the clamps in a little, and so fix the problem, its either that or buy a new mechanism. Mine sticks half way up going up, it seems to be just the nylon runners and clamps have worn out.

My passenger side, electric window keeps sticking half way up, when going up. It seems the nylon runners have become lose after 15 years. The window does not sit right and has to be tilted right for the motor to get it all the way to the top. Any clues on how to fix this? Thanks

Found the fault, a brown connector under the passenger seat needed reconnecting. thanks

Can anyone let me know how to change the radiator fluid on a K12. I've been told you empty the system, put in water, run for a bit, then put in half antifreeze and half water, then run for 20min on idle with the cap off. Where do you drain from? Is this correct? Thank you

Well I've only done 2000 miles this year, pottering around town. Do you still think its worth doing this after 12mo. Don't want to waste money but also want to keep the engine in good condition - its a great car.

Anyone have an owners manual they could let me have for this? Need to work out how to replace antifreeze, and other things. Thanks

If I just drain my radiator, then put in new fluid and water, is this OK? Videos on youtube say you have to release coolant from the engine, but I know someone who just drains the radiator, then fills it up, runs the engine for 20min to get out the bubbles, and says its fine. Thank you

YouTube's Scotty Kilmer reomends replacing the transmition fluid around 70,000, saying it gets worn out and needs replacement as a preventative measure. My transmition is fine but is it a good idea to replace the fluid around this stage? thanks

Interesting, I generally change oil every year, as I only do short journeys and a few thousand miles per year. This has worked fine for 2 Micras over 5 years. The metal was between the road and the exhaust, not the exhaust and the engine so don't think it was heat protecting, probably road...

The mechanic removed this cover, which was loose, not sure if this was a good idea. He said it wasn't needed, does anyone know if it is? thanks
