My bet is that the throttle body has died. You can repair them (Guide available somewhere on here) but if that doesn't work then it'll have to be replaced.

M1 J6A or M25 J21A. Head for St. Albans and you'll find the Shell Petrol Station off a roundabout.

Yeah Herts is quite big. Even Harlow is Herts despite being on the border of Essex. If we can get some little meets going it would be pretty cool I reckon. The Thurrock meet was a disaster but hopefully this will be more organised. Speaking of making the Brighton meet, I've managed to book...
