mine was tereble on 13's with budget tyres but now on 14's with good tyres its loads better. on the 13's it used to lock and spin the wheels realy easy but the grip in the bends was always (and still is) good strange eh?

there are no sparks cuz the dizzy runs off one of the cams so if the chain doesnt move the cams it wont turn the dizzy either 1.0l engines are so cheap and plentifull i would just buy another or even a good runner of a car thats failed the mot due to rot then youve got spares aswell

ive cut springs on loads of cars in the past but they needed standard springs for the mot and because the spring is weakened the car can somtimes become unstable as it will bounce over bumps like as if the shocks are knackered also if you cut off too much especialy on the back the springs could...

if you lower it more than 35mm on 15's you will need a panhard rod

35 mm should be no problem, oh and ollie my old mk4 escort was lowered 120mm on 60mm g max springs cut in half! and that sill went over speed bumps just a bit slowly!
