the two bits (Longer/Shorter) work together diferently on the back of different stereos... but will fit fine in a iso block made for your nissan... for example i have two standard head units out of two micras that have diferent cominations of the two piece iso... on one there side-by-side...

Craig is bang on tis the Heater Matrix... same symptons on my old car and was the Matrix in the end... What i did was look at the matrix coolant pipes inside the engine bay and bung them together by passing the matrix... then rip out the whole dash and open up the blower unit you'll see...

yeah i got it off ideal word ages ago... Paid £19.99 for the large bottle and two clothes, fuel supplement and oil supplement... not too good to be honest just buy better quality products... its ideal for quick clean but there is no lasting quality...
