To second agent smith - it does sound like NATS, however, try taking out the fuel pump fuse from the fuse box on right of steering wheel. Crank it over for 10-15 seconds, if it wants to start give it a couple of blips. Turn off ignition, put fuse back in and see if it fires up. Sound silly but...

Make sure its dry as a bone before re-trying, fingers crossed, airing cupboard has often helped, I wonder why it was wet? Heater Matrix maybe or unbalanced coke can?

Interesting..... both my old K11's have rubbed my 15's on rear drivers side and not rear passenger side when on major dips and bumps. This can be offset by adding potatoes to the left side of the boot.

Audi drivers are great aren't they. I love the way they always acknowledge other drivers with a considerate wave when we let them round parked cars.
