What on earth is that wire hanging down at around 40 seconds into the video?

    Cleaning/Replacing MAF Sensor

If the connector hasn't been disturbed since new, then they tend to get slightly sticky to remove. You could try spraying a small amount of silicone lubricant around the area where the connector slots into the sensor. Don't use WD40, as the solvent in it will damage the plastic. I should...

    Flat spot ?

You could try giving the Mass Air Flow sensor a clean. It made mine run smoother, although mine's a 2002 1.0, so not sure if yours has a MAF? This site has some info on how to do it: www.mafcleaning.co.uk

    Rattling/Grinding noise?

Just had my center exhaust replaced by a local garage and the mechanic removed the heat shield. He said if he had a penny for every Micra that came in with a rattling heat shield, he'd be rich :D

    Cleaning/Replacing MAF Sensor

After reading through this website: www.mafcleaning.co.uk I saw that it states that you do not have to remove the sensor to clean it. All I did was remove the air filter and spray the CRC stuff through the mesh. Did the job and car runs like a dream :)

    Why is my wheel wobbling?

Might be as simple as your plastic wheel trim is not sitting flush on the wheel. They rarely sit totally flat. If it is at an angle, then it will look like the whole wheel is wobbling when viewed from the rear. Take the trim off and get someone to follow you again, to see if it still looks like...

    K11 Window winder glass 'seats'

Once you've sorted the clip problem out, a good spray of silicone lubricant down each of the glass guide channels, should help prevent the glass from pulling out of the runners due to friction. And while you've got the door panel off to reattach the glass, give the mechanism a good spray with...

Did the wiring break inside the rubber cover at the hinge?

    Right hand tailgate hinge wiring?

Apart from the high level brake lamp wiring, what other wiring runs through the right hand side tailgate hinge rubber cover?

    Temperature knob clicking

Mine does the same. Must be some of the splines broken where the the knob fits on the shaft. I find a temporary solution is to sharply turn the knob in the opposite direction so it clicks and normal range returns. Then I just make sure I turn the knob very slowly, when I want to change...

High level LED brake light not working

The high level LED brake light has stopped working on my 2002 K11. The main brake lights operate as normal. I have checked to see if there is voltage at the power terminals on the LED strip unit, but there is none. I see in the Hayne's manual that it is wired in with the main brake lights, so...

what did you do to your micra today ?

Cleaned the MAF sensor with some stuff off Fleabay and she's running much smoother now. Mass Air Flow Cleaner Too early to say if the fuel economy has improved or not.

    I broke my car....

When I replaced mine, I used a turkey baster to suck out the coolant in the overflow tank. Otherwise it will piss all over you when you remove the connecting hose. Then I undid the two bolts using a socket set. A cheapy one from Poundland will do. Taking the rubber connecting hose off the...

I crashed it, and now i need parts to repair...

Do these quotes for parts and fitting sound about right?

I thought the whole point of this website was to promote and hail the reliability and longevity of the humble Micra, not shoot the poor thing down in flames

K11 Creaking sound from front left suspension

I've had a similar noise on my Almera on a few occasions. A kind of rubbery/ships mast creaky sound. Difficult to explain unless you hear it lol  I find the cure is to spray all the rubber parts on the suspension with rubber silicone lubricant. Anti roll bar bushes, if your Micra has...
