Is 2mm possible without knocking. I have a 5 speed ma10 and I always skimmed my head 0,5mm. I have a spare head which is going to be skimmed. So if I skim the head 2mm which compression ratio would I get?

polish the ports, skim the head, get a more aggressive camshaft.

never... the longer ones (6 of 10) are at the ones IN the head (at the camshaft) and the shorter ones (the other 4) are the ones between the spark plugs.

Ok I will try to list all parts - inlet manifold+ injection - exhaust manifold+ turbo - turbo piping - ecu - complete harness and a lot of patience

my bolts came loose when I canged my engine... so if you really refitted the gearbox, this should be the reason.

The metal shield between gearbox and engine... this happened to me a while ago. tighten the srews at the gearbox and the sound will be gone.

I think this as economical reasons ;) and of course it is easier to map this. turboing a carb is always a lot of work to get the air-fuel ratio right in every situation. but I think you now this ;)

If you run it with an electrical fuel pump and a fuel regulator which depends on the boost ist will work perfectly

the standard carb will be fine! There is no information about it on the net, but I can guarantee you it will hold the boost properly. I think someone mentioned on here that he ran a t28 with the standard carb. (in my opinion way too big :D )
