I just want to mention in this thread, that the camshafts are NOT the same. You can change the camshaft and in general it is the same, but then you need to change the ignition timing, because the camshafts pin to the distributer is different.

The K10 has no rev limiter ;) And of course you can just balance the flywheel even though it is recommended to balance the flywheel inclunding the crankshaft and clutch... but I think it doesn't matter for a micra :D

Because of the whole piping and the switch between the supercarger and turbo. I am not sure about what I will need to make the supercharger bolt on to the normal ma10 block

Thank you :) I am thinking about only importing the ecu+ loom, injection+ inlet manifold, exhaust manifold+ turbo... This would save me a lot of shipping cost. Btw what about the ignition? Is it possible to run this setup without the supercharger? (I don't care about the gearbox anymore)

I never tried my ma10 with more than 6000rpm and with the new cams, I will have so look on the dyno where I will have my peak power... But unfotrunately my car is not moving at the moment (my heater blew up, the one inside the car -.-) And with temperatures that low I don't want to drive without...

I will bet with you, that there will be no wear in the piston rings ;) I took an ma12 engine appart with 250.000km on it and they were like brand new! Ok well it was not turboed, but anyways, the engines are very stable

I have 5 speed, but where do you get the performance clutch from? I don't have the money to get a custom one fabricatet... this is why I wanted to change the gearbox and the hubs --> this would give me a probably stronger gearbox+ clutch + new better brakes. this would be more cost efficient.

My gearbox main bearings make noise (btw. easy to repairand cheap if you don't use nissan parts :D it's common that they make noise), my clutch is slipping when I start or change the gears above 4500rpm... this is how it feels :D

I know the difference with the ends, I would fit the K11 hubs aswell. The reason to stay with the ma10 is the German TÜV, to put a bigger engine in and get it legal you need a certificate that the body can stand the power of a bigger engine. And this would cost a fortune, because Nissan...

No Ma10 with twin webers... I should be arround 100hp when I am finished. My biggest problem is the clutch at the moment. It is not gripping anymore. I think I will use the normal gearbox until it dies and then have a look what is possible. First I will ask a few German companies if they can...
