Yes thanks, have ordered and paid for one of Noddie's masterpieces - on car adjustable rear panhard rod!
Thanks mate, cannot wait to receive my panhard rod after reading how magnificent Noddie's rods are!
Ok thanks very much guys, but I still do not understand at all (I'm not that technically advanced to understand that diagram!). I think I will need one of you guys to do it for me please :p?
I happened to phone Matt for other parts, but then I was asking about suspension and he said he had some good condition second-hand spax damper set that was taken off a car. They are over £250 brand new from Matt, but I got them for £150 posted! What a result!

Oh ok. So on car is better then? Is there anything else at all I need when fitting my new suspension setup apart from the rear adjustable panhard rod?
Thanks very much Frank I understand now!
Hi again,
Going to fit my SPAX dampers with 60mm springs soon.
But I am SO confused :o! Is it true I need an adjustable Rear Panhard Rod? If so why and what will happen if I keep the standard one on with my new suspension setup?
Excuse me but I don't even know what an adjustable Rear...
Instant reply thanks :grinning:!
Absolutely no 60mm lowering springs on eBay at the moment. And before anyone asks, NO WAY am I cutting any springs, not worth the risk.
£130 is a very good price for 60mm lowering springs! Basically anything around that price would be perfect!
Hi everyone.
Just received my awesome spax dampers from Matt Humphris thanks very much to him!
But now all I need is a set of 60mm lowering springs. Does anyone have some for sale (second hand or new) or know where i can buy some good ones? 30mm is readily available on the net but I need 60mm...
This BTB exhaust is sold as I spoke to Matt. Also it only had about 1 year left in it anyway Matt mentioned (it was 2nd hand). And no, BTB are extremely expensive, just go on their website and see some prices for clio exhausts!
No mate your wrong, superlites do 6" to 12" widths (and more for bigger wheels)! Amazing. link: http://www.superlite-wheels.com/3PieceBilletWheelsPrice.html (Y)
That is the thing, I need MONEY to buy some super lightweight 15" alloy wheels. Micra don't do 15" alloy wheels, at moment I have stock Nissan 14" alloys. Either some superlite's or team dynamics. Anything about 5-6kg per wheel to be honest. But new 15" alloy wheels will not make a difference...
It took the mechanic in garage 10 minutes each side plus very fast brake system bleed of all fluid and any air in system. Bargain at only £20 fitting including re-fill of brake fluid!
I also ordered today from Matt the Spax Dampers for K11! Cannot wait until suspension is all setup! When I...
My word, I just right now had my Hel braided stainless steel front brake lines fitted and what a huge difference! Just braking lightly from 30mph I definately did slide forward on my seat :p! Fantastic value upgrade at around £30! Coupled together with the Mintex M1144's on solid discs, this is...
If you have quite a bit of modifications and have maybe 3 figure bhp, you should get 5w40 fully synthetic. OpieOils is the best place for oil. I got just this morning (no joke just arrived!) the awesome Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 5W-40 Ester Synthetic Engine Oil - 5 Litres! Be quick and buy though...
