An anti-roll bar is used to reduce unwanted body roll, and obviously stiffer springs do the same.

It won't stiffen the suspension, it may well reduce any any unwanted body flex that would lead to camber changes during heavy load cornering.

Failed on the first one, Janspeed as far as I can see don't even list Nissan. Sorry just seen your comment about them not listing K11 parts, so I take it all back, rather annoying aren't they.
