Keeping it BTW so here is a bit of an update. Had to sort out the fan, the down pipe was so close its started melting the fan cowling. So out with the old and in with the new. Old VS new All swapped and wired in and very quiet when fan is on but does force some are through...

EDIT: Just re-read what you wrote. Might be worth checking that one of the CV joints isn't getting stuck when on full lock, would make sense if its freeing off after a few attempts? Has a new CV boot been fitted and not enough grease put in the joint?

Sorry matey but you are wrong. MOT test only states the vehicle is safe at time of test only (says this in the MOT book and on the mot paperwork). Also the car isn't driven on the road during the MOT test and is only put on full lock with the car raised off the ground so there would be no load...

Removed the knackered old standard fan for a mega blow slimline fan :) Changed/tidied up the boost hoses. Started to knock up a new exhaust. Turned the boost up another 2 psi and ran it to adjust the fueling, now running 9psi and fueling within safe AFR. Hoping for a bar of boost with the...
