not changed from a 1.0 to a 1.3 but when i took my 1.0 out for repairs just took the bonnet off seperated from the gbox and lifted it out the top strapped to a bit of wood then the gbox just kinda chilled on some wooden blocks on the floor until the engine went back in and it all got hooked...
Washed , ultimate gloss protection (twice, after taking the instructions too literally and applying more sparingly then i think it means :) ) and waxed now nice and shiny for a couple of days :) never used autoglym before but it does seem to be worth it and started trying to decide what colour...
next time you get bird crap on your car , scrape it off and mash it into some sort of tablet like shape , eat it and tell me what kind of mood your in after :) that kind of acid :)
whatevers floating around really so maybe an apple from the previous days lunch , a scrap of paper , a mcdonalds straw , a waterproof and possobly a hoodie , an air freshner and then the mandatory car jack and spare :p
i disagree , cheap ass disposavle gloves and long sleeves , christ most of us are working on our cars more often than not , invest in a pair of 15 - 20 quid overalls to protect your arms its all easy to come by its probably on amazon with next day delivery . you might say oh then you get hot in...
i've never understood why people don't wear gloves , their not expensive to buy a box and prevent stuff like this happening. i always do unless it would be dangerous to do so :/
