greetings guys! just shaved another 0.8mm on my cyl head making it total of 1.6mm shave. but i cant seem to find my old manual on the torque setting for the cyl head bolt. does anyone have a copy and share the info regarding the torque settings? engine is a CG10DE. thanks in advance! Aki

bump! this clatter sound is also happening to me.. but disappears when clutch is depresssed. also, just recently, my engine stalls every time i depress the clutch. i can still engage if i depress slightly, but stalls if i floor it. you guys have any idea with the prob? thanks in advance. Aki

@frank just wondering to how much deg adjustment did you do to the valve timing on your engine? chains got a little slack since my last head shave so also had to file down the cam gears. aki

update: took some time looking for the problem.. timing chain was fine.. new set of spark plugs, new set of high tension wires.. and found it at last! ..dizzy was f*cked up and had to be fixed.. my bud had to change what he called "condenser". all is well now but engine running a little lean...

update: been having trouble since got the heads ported and shaved.. major improvements on the 3000 upto 7200 rpm.. BUT.. engine stalling if running the car below 3000 rpm.. hesitating and sounds like coughing.. but when i rev up the engine upto 3000 rpm and above, engine goes wild even outran...

@LonePhantom thanks..i did get lots of power and instant throttle response compared to the efi. @sportsclassic well all sensors connected to the throttle body were removed since they are of no use anymore.. the only things connected to the ecu is the dizzy.. but will change it soon when we find...

maybe it sounds like that cause my mufler is directly below the driver seat. no more pipe extension to the rear.. its just headers, a couple of feet of pipe, then muffler.

hahahah anyway since engine not up yet.. i do have a pic of my bud feeding the car..
