If you get a shop to do just the flywheel swap, with no replacing of seals it should be no more then 2hours work, plus if you want the new transmission oil put in also, best bet is wait til your clutch is fried before doing it I reckon
It's a pretty simple swap, just do as Doom mentioned above; and you should be sweet; I think I have one laying around somewhere only don't 10,000km or so
They are ALL Australian Spec! And plus I think the "JDM Thing" is way past its time! The whole JDM thing happened 10yrs ago in Japan, just build a car to your specification! Not to a culture
You could spend thousands on Japanese Parts but end of the day still Australian spec
