Ecu to back of dash is all on with terminals now, yet not working? Bottom blue of dash? No reason for it not to work unless blown ecu driver for rpm

Got a problem with my rec counter it was working disconnected it now it won't work now it's wired properly? Can you confirm correct pin on the ecu memorised it but just want to check? Other than what else could it be? Back of dash wiring in, the blue wire was removed as it's a dead wire checked...

will primera 1.6 brakes fit the k11? adv22 need a 1mm washer? are primera brakes adv22? or what are they?
