Hi ive sprayed them matt black looks 100%better I meshed my other k11 and a member on ere took the piss but it looked better than the orginal grills.Id like to try and smooth the bumpers I don't like the raised bit on the corners. cheers

Hi standerd back box isn't exspensive to replace any exhaust place will do it saves messing with rusty pipes and bolts.

Hi well one bolt snapped off other one came out ok ive drilled it out not spot on may I add but its done got to get the nuts and bolts now. cheers

Hi polyp thanxs for the info and picture did you reuse the springs cant seem to find any listed new nor the bolts so I was thinking of using normal bolts is that a nut between the two flanges in your pic. cheers

Hi well got my Peter Lloyd exhaust today looked at the downpipe nuts from cat and I know they will snap off can I replace these with normal bolts the ones fitted have springs on?also would it be easier to unbolt top of cat then attempted the rusty bolts any help tips much appreciated. Cheers
