That would be so crude and not handle..I use protech coilovers shocks with 70lbs spring on the rear and avo adjustable shocks with 200lbs spring on the front

Had it on the rolling road today to run it in and get it setup and it made 74bhp@wheels with 77 Lbs of turque, I am happy with that just see how it goes on sunday
there no point in fitting a twin choke weber if you dont change the inlet manifold for a larger made up one like this ebay Item number: 250589911756..the single 34ich would be better on the standard inlet
pre facelift early 1.0 k10 upto around 1988 f plate had square toothed belts,,then when they had the facelift change 1.0/1.2 had rounded toothed belts but be carefull 1.2 belts are longer ie longer stroke engine

Yes they are different so dont by a 1.0 for a 1.2.....You want a payen dr160 topend kit best gaskets on the market,and make sure the block and head faces are very clean
buy another engine its not worth missing with..ive just seen a complete good runing 1.2 k10 go on ebay for £66,,,,,top end gasket set would cost more than that
