Change the release bearing (and clutch while ur at it). I did it a month or so ago with some help on here. If you've got a pit to work in and a spare pair of hands you'll be laughing. £30 for a clutch kit online.

This guy wants £120 for the box inc. delivery (I asked but cannot afford right now). Seems a bit steep but he can prob be knocked down.

I need it to fit a K10 pre-facelift MA10 which is currently 4speed. Can't find K10 5speeds without buying a whole car. So I'd be looking at changing the clutch (just put a new one on :(), the flywheel and modifying the gear selector but I can keep the driveshafts as long as the K11 box is...

I love it when the simple things work out. Seems to be a rare occurrence :laugh: I had to bend it back a bit more once the wheel was back on and tightened up because it pushes the disc back further.
