Piston seized in mine, looking for front set. URGENT!! maximus

Found out the piston in the right hand caliper won't go back in. Will come out when brake is pressed but will not go back in. It's not a collapsed hose so must be corroded piston. On the lookout for new calipers. maximus

Update.... The noise is deffo coming from the front o/side wheel, i stopped the car, got out and the wheel was too hot to touch. It had new pads at the last service (about 3 months ago) so until i strip it down tomorrow im stuffed. Maximus.

What are the symptoms of a wheel bearing "going" ? There is a droning/vibration that can be felt right throughout the car even through the steering wheel!!! It is not constant, and seems to be worse when there is more people (weight) in the car. I cant pinpoint whether its coming from the...

Thanks Swiper.. I didn't see any marks either on the arm or cable... I undid the 10mm nut and turned that big round adjuster wheel. seems to have made it a bit better, but i think maybe at 7 years old it probably needs replacing. Maximus.

Hi all The clutch pedal on our micra has to be almost fully out before it bites, the car has done 45k so assume its the original clutch, Is it just a matter of getting under the bonnet and adjusting it on the cable? Thanks Maximus.

Well according to the haynes manual it should have a filter if its a "march 1998-on with air conditioning" mines a 2000 with air-con but still cant find that blasted filter!!! Maximus.
