14" alloys will be fine, as would 15"s. Anything with a 4x100 bolt pattern, >59.1 centre bore should fit, ideally ET38 i think.

i put my lights in a cold oven set to 200, they took just under 10minutes to be warm enough.. Don't preheat the oven though, if you do they won't take long at all.

GA16 engine same as almeras/primeras, I'd imagine they share brakes too.. Parts shouldn't be much of a problem.

Black or nothing. IMO, your car looks as good as it does because it's stealthy looking, I dont think bright calipers would suit it.

IMO, get something stainless made up. And I have A/C, P/S etc, the OMP upper strut brace fitted fine.

Easiest way would be to find a shelf in a scrappy with speakers, and just cut the plug off that, or take the whole shelf! Alternatively, cut the plug off and use spade connectors instead.
