I don't they ever came with any, even on the SR/Si models. I know a lot of people on here use Clio MK2 front splitters/lips if you can get a hold of one at a breakers yard. No mounting points for it though, you'll need to drill holes and bolt it on... Or zipties!

Yeah, thats my plan for my one too, I like cars to looks stock but a sort of sporty trim option in a sense. Got some LED rear lights on the way for mine, then in the new year I've got some suspension goodies lined up!

I think you're best off regularly checking eBay and the likes, though if you do know of any breakers yards I'd give them a go, alloys are very very rare now for Micras. I think all K11s are 4x100 on the stud pattern though, and 13/14 inch wheels, so any old 4x100 wheels will fit on the Micra...

Euro Car Parts are excellent, I'm down there so often they put me on a trade account, they sell *everything* for the K11, everything. Give those guys a go if you got a local one, they are very lenient with prices if you wiggle a bit. Besides that there's others, though I don't know any as widely...

Alrighty thanks :D I did a bit of looking about and found that the timing just needs to be adjusted for it, which is probably why some people complain of flatspots, hopefully I'll get some time off work over christmas to pop the cams in!

Ah thanks for the insight, I was wondering about that when I took the cams out the 1.3 engine. Should I take all the shims out too, is there anything else I need to do the cam swap? I've heard a few people mention flatspots in the midrange and I figured I'd just give them a go and see how I get on.

Went to a little pick-a-part yard and found only five Micras... Good news is I stole the cams off a 1.3! I also took some little interior trim bits out of some others, I'll be going back there soon to get more bits. I was really pleased, It was very cheap, I only paid £20 for both cams and...

These are standard fitment on some Micras, the SR in particular. The normal bumper has little covers where the fog lamps are meant to go, at least on my bumper anyway. I think the fog light wiring loom is there its just not plugged in of course. You can buy the Foglights from Euro Car Parts...

Argh, get around to having a go at the clutch and found my hub nut is a 28mm, which is rare as heck. Had to order one on eBay, I did get the rocker cover gasket and screws done though!

Fitted some Heko wind deflectors the other day, they are excellent, they fit perfectly and they really work great. Really gives the car a sporty look to it, I love them, I'll get some pictures up tomorrow. Got a lot to do tomorrow, going to be putting a new clutch in and changing some gaskets...

Yeah as Smith said it draws power from the alternator, so it could be that giving you the issues. If you turn everything electrical on (lights, blower, hazards etc) and then get a multimeter and see what you are getting across the battery it will tell you if the alternator can't keep up with it...

Does the EML flash when it wont start? I'm not 100% sure but I think the NATS (immobiliser) lets the engine crank but wont fire it up. I'm not too sure how to help you more, just throwing something out there that could help! I know that when the car has a NATS issue when trying to crank it...

Thanks for that one, I'm looking to get some wheels for mine so now I know what rubber to roll! On the off chance do you know what tyres I should go with to keep the speed the same on 15 inch wheels? My terrible maths tells me its 165/55/15 or so (obviously width changing if they are wider but...

I finally did it, I just had my driving test, PASSED, with two minors! Now I can really start to enjoy the Micra! Got so many little plans lined up for it, once I get some time I'll start and get some photos going for you lot! Just gave it a quick polish before work today, the green comes up...
