How do i know which box it is? I couldnt find a number on it before it went inthe car. Its this box here

Just refilled my gearbox with oil and noticed a big puddle of oil forming! It turns out im missing the small retaining clip on the inner cv that holds the joint inside the gearbox (the bit of spring steel). I dont suppose anyone has a spare one if these clips knocking around have they? Can send...

Thanks Frank. As soon as I can get it finished! Its probably at least a couple of weeks away with the little time i get with the car. It needs to be done by april in time for pride of longbridge.

Just thought I would post a cheeky picture of current project. Nearly finished just needs an induction hose to connect the airbox and some electrical work inside the car.

you changed quite a bit now, im thinking there is some harness damage somewhere, maybe a backed out pin at one of the connectors? worth spending some time checking visibly checking the harness out for splits, shorts and backed out pins.

I know the 421 manifold is the more desirable of the two, but whats the difference in performance? And is the difference worth the cost/hassle? Thanks in advance, Matt
