The small pins which activate the interior light. Normally they're on the side of the doors or in the A frames so they close when the door is closed, on my K10 they aren't where i'd expect them. I'm guessing they're integrated onto the door hinges. Charlotte

I've just removed my door cards, once you can find the little gold coloured pin in the window winder and removed the lock cover, the handle, and pulled the cards off the clips they're easy. Charlotte

You don't say if your car is auto or manual ? it could also be one of the brakes releasing. If auto could mean the gearbox needs servicing. Charlotte

I agree if I could I'd get rid of the autobox but as I drive on hand controls the autobox removal isn't an option. It is a K10 not a K11. Is the autobox the same as a K11 or 12 with it's metal powder electromagnetic clutching system or a simple standard fluid box ? If I fit No2 then I...
