i think matt(mph) was saying you need shortened shocks for the 60mm but dont need to change anything apart from springs for 50mm.could be wrong but im shor thts right

i got 14" with 35mm lowering and there no probs at all. you should drop by 50mm you wont regret it, it looks so good on 13". btw people on here have 15" and lowereed by 50mm without needing mods, they just take it easy

hey i had same sort of situation as you, just order a frankspeed mani of of frank, only like £40 or £50, well worth it. and then a janspeed downpipe for like £80 from matt humpries. the decat isnt worth it btw. i tried already but if you decide that route i got one if intrested.

u will have to weld the rears otherwise the filler will just crack

if you have the second cat in but have a jan mani it will only pass if you have a STANDARD paper filter in, it will fail with a k&n filter or cone filter

all pre-facelift k11's have 2 cats one in the mani and one in the middle of the system, better performance will be seen by removing the firstcat in the mani by either buying a janspeedd downpipe (£70 new) or finding yourself a second hand performance manifold would be best so that it gets rid of...

good news i put my car back in for a retest this morning and it past with flying colours! :D all i changed was took out the panel k&n and put back in the standard paper filter and the emmisions dropped from 0.46 (k&n) to 0.01(standard filter), couldn't beleive the effect so for people worrying...
