Yep, just grab any blue relay from the interior fuse panel at the breakers. The relay goes in at the top-right if I recall correctly. It's a tight squeeze getting your hand up there, but taking the gauge surround out helps visibility. The stalk directly replaces the existing one, no rewiring...

Yeah, facelifts only come with a single purple connector on the driver's side. You need to use the loom that splits it. I didn't have one so I just spliced a wire into the live and ran it across the bumper to another connector I got at the breakers.

You don't need a reverse light to pass an MOT, but if you have one fitted then it needs to be white. If you fitted some bright enough lamps, then it might overwhelm the red so it won't even turn pink.

You can get the mileage adjusted if it's out by enough to be annoying. The clocks I fitted showed 120,000 miles, but my car had only done less that 50,000. I paid about £60 to have them adjusted by a company called Autosphere. I mailed the cluster out and I had it back two days later...
