update,i have changed the temperature sensor blue cap with a new one and so far everything is fine..i have a long trip tomorrow so it will be an excellent test drive

frank when the problem occured i was using the 1.0 throttle body(1998).as i was trying to solve the problem i put the one from ga15 since now.the stalls are still here..

could it be the temp sensor?

i changed again the throttle body i have done the resoldering but no luck...

fursty do you have any news?did you clean injectors or changed fuel pump?

HI THERE.I AM having the exact same problem.i changed the throttle body from a ga15, air filter, dizzy cap ,plugs ,sparkwires, fuel filter but the problem goes on...do you have any other ideas?should it be oxygen sensor or fuel pump,injectors?it stalls randomly most of the times at lower...

wow!!!2 mm?didn t you have problems with the tension of the chains ?esp the lower one?i guess you had modified the tensioners..or something...you had shaven the head and the block as well cause 2 mm is a lot imo...in that case 0,5 is fine....thanks frank

well my cylinder head is already shaved 0,4 but due to a bad gasket i need to schim it again.at 0,4 i didnt have any issues with lower chain,tensioner noisy motor etc.the engine is cg13 and i know that it has 9,5-1 compression and at 0,5 it will propably reach 10,3 to 10,2-1(i will do the maths...

so if you need a cheap fly wheel upgrade use the 1.0 one,if you look for the best go for jun and do not try to "lighten" a flywheel cause you sure dont want to be in the car if it breaks(so scary)..

interesting..you could use teflon against the stock rubber.if you do have destroyed engine stock mounts take the rubber of the mount,keep the outer metal piece and the inner little piece of metal tube as well.now use a piece of teflon take accurate measurements and machine it in order to fit...
