An engine conversion is a good idea, there are 2 sets of engine mounts in the bay, one for the petrol and one for the VW 1.3 Diesel which was a factory option. You could fit 3 of the standard engines in it.

It's so small it only takes half a space, you could fill the other half of a space with a large motorbike :p

Both my micras did this, it's 100% the speedo drive, a nice big lump of grease in it will stop that.

Don't go over £500, it'll cost more to insure and they'll only pay you what they think it's worth anyway. I always said £250 for my micras.

Actually, I've found someone that'll take the sub if I have the amp so I'll buy it off you :)

I have the exact same sub so can tell you how good it sounds, cost me £50 for just the sub. Good luck with the sale. If you don't sell it would you consider selling the amp separately?

I also wanted to do this, 10 inch tyres are getting hard to find though. I wanted 10's on the front and 15's on the back, that would make it a drag car right?

I won't be selling my car, just scrapping it so if you want you could drive my car back home and scrap it to cover the fuel cost :p I'm about halfway to saving enough to get a new car lol.
