this might sound a little dangerous, but, take off the amp and put some form of pressure onto the middle of the circuit board, i ended up taping cardboard to keep pressure on it and now it works fine, haven't found a permanent solution though and it now looks messy with the amp sticking out.

yeah i did take them off, the mudflaps don't make much of a difference, the tyre is about 1cm away from the top of the arch which is a bit useless especially as my family like taking the car out and 5 people would kill off the arches, i think i might downgrade, as i heard fuel consumption will...

ive successfully got some 17 inch alloys onto my micra, with a veryyyy small rub on the arch. only problem is, even with one person in the car the back arch decides to scrape, anyone know how to get around this? thankyou :)

vauxhall astra seems to be doing quite well with the low insurance,
