can you change the liners or is that not an option another option I was looking at was a rover 1600 engine with the vvc head to put in the micra ?? its a light engine would just need engine and gearbox mounts fabricated ?

I am looking for a CGA3 engine but is proveing difficult so I was wondering could I bore the CG13 to 1348cc as I already have one of these engines ?

Can anyone tell me or give me advice on fitting a CG16 in the micra does it bolt straight in and does the 1300 gearbox fit and what is the best 1600 to fit that gives most power from standard

i cant find anything am i looking in the wrong places :blush:

Does anyone know if a CA16 engine will be a straight transplant into a Micra ? and can you use a 1300 gearbox with this engine ?

I think the 1348cc is the CG13 Rob but I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong

To be honest no idea will weigh it when car is finished but that wont be for a while :laugh:
