import a 4wd k11 from japan, fit a cg13de with turbo and have fun :) they are automatic though, so fit a manual box.

your top speed for the micra was wrong. the micra is the better choice over the corsa, like ED said its better engineered

tbh its far better to fit or buy a 1.3 with full exhaust that will see off standard vtrs, i presume you mean saxos? for 1.0 probably best to go forced induction or spend time on cams/map/exhaust etc or buy a 160SR :D

k12 = better performing, safer car. k11 = better built. more modding options ie the k12 is a much better car just the interior will fall to bits after about 2 weeks from production... as for reliabilty, k11 throttle body?? :P

its just the renault influence people don't like. the k12 is a much better performer than any production k11 or k10 in the uk. just the build quality is pap. as said all micras will always be seen as slow granny wagons, but thats why i like them, soooo under rated adds to the surprise :D

i used some silcone grease on my strut tops. :)

the yellow ones are 98+ as said. i've also seen a silver Super S and a white SR which i didn't think was factory colours....

seen this one around a few times, if it has side skirts that is :D

that bit is true Nissan use the Renault dci engine in the micras

no they don't have it as it would be VVL for nissan, means the engine code would be different, HR16DE => HR16VE it should have had it though there was a thread that hinted it may have a few degrees of variation but nothing to shout about. i doubt Renault will use the Nissan engine anyhow.
