ahh found some photos this is the kit im after!

best one you will get for you matey is use the twin pot FTO calipers with the 280mm clio sport discs ;) that way you can have the vented discs you require at 280mm then twin pots would be more than adequate id presume...

no your diff sounds to be working fine! it will give different outputs! your short shaft will always get more momentum than the long shaft! if i remember there is a breather on top of the K10 box's isnt there! - it will take time due to the size only being around 5 mm thick but you can top it...

helicoil is pretty much the tap kit itself! the insert is if you have to make a hole bigger there is a sleeve that sits inside tho make it the size it was :)

cheapest way is to get a new nut and bolt lol other than that its tap and die set. but seriously just get it out and get a new one! just thought it depends which bolt it is :P onto the head or the down pipe?

technically as long as it has had enough modifications then it will be classed as a kit car! so there is Arnolds and mine as batch's just had the engine conversion. Not overly sure on the technicalities of it getting classed as a kit car though. lol but not what you mean i know :P
