OK, you were correct. Swapped the engines, kept the 1.0 flywheel, clutch and gearbox. Rallied her at the weekend and she was great! So yes - it is a straight swap!

Tempting, but I'm looking at a simple power increase. Swap the engines, put the original ancilliaries back, plug in the wiring - that should do it!

You mean the suspension? That is sold as a complete set, I don't think that putting just front ones on would be very sensible (or safe). Full set around £700 iirc. Cheers Jools
