I've always ran toe-in on the rally car to help grip when launching etc - have you tried this?

Could you not have used a vice to press out the studs? Or where they stuck in there that badly?! I remember changing just one stud and how much that sucked haha

Many people have had similar experiences. He's done good work for me before (engine swap and internal brake pipes etc) but I had issues with his coilovers on the k10, took ages to get ready and then didn't fit properly. Keep pestering and he should refund, otherwise ccj is the only way if you...

As you say that's some impressive power for relatively little engine work! Nice and easy to swap the setup over if the engine gives up the ghost as well :)

I've seen them on a car at work. Was a 1.0 which we were converting to rally spec, thought it was odd!

Been doing more work on the micra before the Vale of York rally this weekend... Had to reshape the underbody guards as they were touching the gearstick (stopping me getting 5th/reverse) and also rattling on the exhaust. Still rattles a bit on the zorst' but I can get all gears now which is...

The f1000 junior rally lads run only on sealed surfaces and are very low (much lower than you Paul) and as said they get around this simply by running stiffer springs :) Obviously, it's a cool theory to look into Paul and theoretically it will help, certainly be interesting to see how much it...

All (I think) Matt is getting at is that every rally k11 I know has not bothered with this modification to the hub, and that those cars still handle really well... It does just seem like a hell of a lot of work for an inevitably small gain

He basically failed it for being too low and the exhaust too loud? Alongside a few other bits and bobs, not awful but I agree... What a nob of a tester!
