Never said antyhing about a 1.0l I said super s (1.3) to about 100bhp. Never said beat either, Upto 80 ish the super s would keep up I reckon which means the it won't be ultra blisteringly fast. It's a good engine and with some mods can be really fast. just my 2p.

did the coilpack models not have the cga code?

anyway back to the topic, this looks like the sri engine which is 128bhp. Still not bad but perhaps a bit overwieght now though with only 128bhp and will probbly be around 800-850 kg. A slightly modded (around 100bhp) should be able to keep up in my opinion. Who knows what may be wrong with...

Insuring it as 1.3 is 100% illegal and i hope people on here have more sense then that. Traffic cops will find out in an instant as a lot of them have been full time mechanics and know about filters,springs and general mods. Traffic cops pull people over randomly all the time to check cars.

O.k so I done something and burnt the track for the backlights for the instrument cluster, So I put a join in there to fix it and then plugged it back in and nothing its the same. I changed the bulbs I even tried my old cluster and still those 4 lights don't work, The clocks light works...

yours must have a been a 1.3. On the 1.0 an extra wire has to be added to the plug.

Where do you add the wire from the dizzy? I searched but only found the guide that shows to change the mileage and thats it.
