Stani it's your choice but I would advise you to get the fueling sorted before you go spending cash on forged bits etc. With a well setup ecu you can run about 8 psi without stressing the engine too much and atleast you will be able to drive it all the way to 6,800 and not have engines blowing...

no as it happens a few seconds after you have turned and are driving in a straight line. Sounds like below the steering area.

I've got a 1999 micra si 1.3 and after I've put the indicator on, made the turn after about 10 seconds (approx) I'll get a tock/knock type sound twice. sounds like its coming from the steering area. What could it be? It indicates fine drives fine no play in the steering and no odd sounds...

The stock manifold isn't that bad for low boost apps. A tig welder, a cast flange should see you with a fairly decent manifold. I would have made it that if I had a tig welder back then.
