Sorry dude not had a standard manifold since i replaced it with the janspeed as i had no where to keep it! Yeh thats what i had to do, if you can do it yourself go for it but be prepared to spend a long time doing it! I definately won't be losing the lock nut again haha!

Yeh usuallly the fan wont start until the engine starts getting too warm, like sed5000 says when you are in traffic or when you park after driving for a while! Leave your car running for 10-15 mins and it should have kicked in by then.

I would be looking at around £50 as these come with the bulb holders and wiring if they need to be wired into your loom!
