Have you seen the new Freeview they're bringing out.....the Top Up TV one? It's a bit like Sky+, you get quite a few channels for £9.99 a month.

You can do it online without the letter, if you have a new style MOT. You just need some reference number from your V5.....they can check you're insured etc automatically.

When I was looking, I also considered the Colt, I read a magazine article about them whilst waiting in the queue at the Post Office, and they sounded awesome. Insurance was mega high when I got a quote on one though. I do love my Yaris T-sport, is an excellent car. Handles great and quickish...

I know what you mean about the traffic. I whinge about the traffic here in Torbay sometimes, but I know we have it easy compared to a lot of places. I've never driven in Bristol myself, but the times I've been there.....it does seem like a very odd city to drive in. Lots of weird speed limits...

I don't see why it should only affect new drivers. I am 25 now, and have had my licence 18 months. Someone just short of their 21st birthday could have almost twice as much driving experience as me, and still be affected by then new rule, whereas because of my age, I'd be fine even though I was...
