hi no you shouldnt need a code for the radio as its an aftermarket one its only when you put a standard head unit back in that you will need to put the code in on the sensors you should hear a beeping as you get close to an object are they standard sensors in the bumper or after market ones

as they said above check front pads see how far they are worn down if they are low it takes more fluid for them to make contact with the disk which pulls fluid out of the reservoir and to the break carriers which turns the (i) light on as the fluid is too low
