Just adjust the screw at the end of the throttle linkage on the carb until it idles. even a bit fast is better than no idle. lumpy or no idle could be many things :( dirt in carb blocking the jets, carb needle valve sticking, fuel pump dodgy, fuel filter partly blocked, engine overheating, fuel...

Have you checked all those small vacume pipes under the carb if ones split it will not idle too well also did you get a new rota arm with the new dizzy cap these are cheap (£7) :)

I always drive home grinning when i get my G reg K10 through for another year, result (Y) i see new cars failing on allsorts :D

i got 4 shocks brand new from ebay for £32 delivered. :( rears are easy to fit yourself too. £260? ouch O.o

went shopping, chucked £15 in and got 11l of fuel fwn whilst boot was open i adjusted those metal things that stop the rear shelf bouncing about :grinning: had a quiter drive home.

attaching to the top of the struts would be best but his attach to the nuts not the struts so will still move a bit. between the struts or anchored to the top would be better :)

hacksaw/grind the weight bar down then hammer it between the rear turrets :D it would be better between them :) maybe a blob of weld on each end if you can weld or get it welded :D

skyline tax is based on the word skyline as soon as you mention it people think you can afford anything. Bit like figaro :D ;)

Yep they will have "figaro tax" which is alot like "skyline tax" on parts :wasntme: you will get stung for over priced parts. PAS pumps weigh a ton, along with electric window motors central locking etc it all adds up even the turbo weighs a few extra kg's and auto boxes weigh more than manuals...

Was it this Manual figaro :cool: nice but i cant see any man paying 5k for it. That's why mainly women drive them about :laugh:
