don't be a girl man, you said your bcrews were hard as a rock. they felt like stock suspension to me. harden up and put some 15kg's in there lol. imo, around 9front 7rear on the swifts is good for a daily, but too soft for the track.

reckon they work well unless your a tight ass and dont replace the elements frequently.

kinda really depends how much your going to rev it, what the car is going to be used for, what sort of breather system, how much boost, etc. if its going to be track, baffled sump, etc

haha. when i was at the shop used to use them all the time. imo the best budget ecu. and if your on a real budget and your setup is relatively basic the stingers work really well too. weeks better then a microtech anyway. :) that said i've got a link g4 in one of my cars, and that seems to work...
