You take out the speed sensor on the top section of the box and fill it from there from memory.

Try gently rubbing the 'lovely' red paint back with a super fine sand paper or even metho/wax and greaser remover and paint it blaaaacckkk! Using that bumper and plastic trim paint? (it worked well for me)
