I will need an oil change soon, my nephew say that he mate put deisel oil in he M-3 ,deisel oil has more detergent in it so it cleans better, also best not to use any engineflush it will eat away at the rubber seals of the engine. just add some cheap oil run for a week then drain it a lot...

Dont know weather youv"e seen my post "full exhaust system" some people say the standerd one is up to the job unless you want to change the sound of the car then no probs, but if your after power (wich i am) then ill go with exhaust mani then the inlet, inletmanifold will have to be coustom made...
