I have a 2006 micra sport..drivers side only, loud band or knock wen you drive over a pot hole or bump.pls wen steering is on full lock you here a knocking sound. Halfords changed the top suspension mounts but no joy any ideas

Have a 56 plate micra. .the brakes have no progression. .very snatchy can this be fixed..cant get any garage to give me any advice
