yes the double one i changed.there is another sensor/switch next to it

forgove my ignorance but the switch just behind the distributor was the one i changed

it was a 2 wire plug connection

My friend has a 98 micra and the temperature gauge goes straight to hot when you turn on the ignition.The temperature control switch has been changed but still has the same problem.Is there anything else we should be looking at.
