    "If it is just your boot, I would look at the condition of the wires that go from the body to the boot/hatch - they wear out over time due to the opening and closing motion." Most likely this, on mine 3 wires were 'worn cut', inside of rubber elbow. Worked for awhile randomly, then stopped...

    You need to remove stereo from dash. Or slide smartphone behind stereo and take a picture of the number. Stereo Unit Removal and Refitting - Nissan Micra K12 16:49
